Help put Scotland's pavement parking ban back on track
Living Streets Scotland was delighted to win a ban on pavement parking in 2019 - so we are equally disappointed that we have now been told that the ban will not be introduced until 2023.
It's just not soon enough.
Vehicles parked on pavements are forcing people with pushchairs or children to walk unsafely in the road. And disabled and older adults can feel unsafe walking down their own street. We need to ensure that this is no longer a daily occurrence in Scotland.
Use this form to write to your MSPs today. Our template letter includes steps they could take in advance to bring forward the implementation of the ban, meet the expectations of the electorate - and make streets safer for people.
