Stand #WithNHSStaff for fair pay

NHS staff deserved a fair and decent pay rise this year. Instead, they were given another real-terms cut, with wages rising less that the cost of living.

We know that pay is vital to recruit and retain skilled staff. There are over 100,000 vacancies in the NHS and a huge backlog in care. Staff shortages, work pressure and low morale are creating a vicious cycle, putting patient care at risk.

We’re campaigning for proper investment in the NHS. Not just in buildings and equipment, but in the people who deliver our care.

Please show your support by putting a poster in your window backing an NHS pay rise. Download one of our designs below to colour in, or get creative and make your own. Then share a picture of your window on social media using the hashtag #WithNHSStaff.
