BECOME AN MBC ALLY
Help double MBC survival rates by 2025
Metastatic Breast Cancer (MBC) is a stage IV uncurable cancer that takes the lives of 5,000 Canadian women every year. MBC is breast cancer that has spread beyond the breast to other organs in the body. It is estimated 20 – 30% of women diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer will develop MBC in her lifetime.*
The average survival for women with MBC is only 2-3 years – something that hasn’t improved in over a decade. And something you have the opportunity to help change.
Rethink Breast Cancer is launching a new movement that seeks to double the survival rate of women driving system change and funding MBC research. Our goal is ambitious and requires thousands of committed, active allies. Will you join us?
When we stand together, we strengthen our power to drive change and improve the lives of all women with breast cancer.
