Imagine... an end to pavement parking

Everyone should be able to rely on pavements that are safe and clear. And yet obstructions caused by pavement parking continue to be a menace particularly for older adults and disabled people.

So it is great news that Welsh Government is investigating ways to clamp down on pavement parking in Wales.

Live in Wales? Tell us how pavement parking affects you

We want to build a picture of the real need for action on pavement parking in Wales.

Living Streets Cymru will be part of the Welsh Government task group looking at pavement parking. Answer a few simple questions on this form, and we will share your responses with the task group and strengthen our case for change.

Together with our supporters and partners, Living Streets has been campaigning for an outright UK-wide ban on pavement parking. Now, through its devolved powers, Scotland is close to a nationwide ban. In England a Transport Select Committee inquiry is underway. This could be a very real chance for an end to pavement parking in Wales. Let's seize it.
