Join us on July 19th, from 5 - 8 pm, for a FREE informative screening of the The Messenger, directed by Su Rynard. This feature documentary focuses on the causes of songbird decline and the people who are working to protect these beautiful birds. There will be an expert speaker panel after the screening, to answer questions and guide you to implement beneficial practices. Nature Canada is partnering with Frontenac Arch Biosphere Reserve and the 1000 Islands Ontario's Aquatarium for the screening of this movie.

This screening is part of Nature Canada's Save Our Swallows campaign, generously funded by the Ontario Trillium Foundation. This campaign looks to help rebound the rapidly declining populations of Ontario's swallow species, especially around the southern Great Lakes region of the province.

We hope that you will find this event useful and will be able to implement some of the beneficial practices to help protect the songbirds.

We look forward to seeing you all there!
