Ask your MP to support the Cruelty-Free Cosmetics Act
Canada's federal Parliament just returned from summer break, and MPs will soon be debating Bill S-214, the Cruelty-Free Cosmetics Act. This groundbreaking bill would ban testing cosmetics or ingredients on animals in Canada, and outlaw the sale of products that have been tested on animals.
The Cruelty-Free Cosmetics Act already passed through the Senate in a vote last June. Now, it needs approval from MPs in the House of Commons before becoming law.
Testing cosmetics on animals is cruel, outdated and entirely unnecessary. The Cruelty-Free Cosmetics Act is an incredible opportunity to save countless animals like rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, and mice from painful, lethal tests.
MPs urgently need to hear from compassionate Canadians like you. Please take action today by asking your MP to support a cruelty-free Canada!
