Do you sell gift cards?
No, we don’t sell gift cards to the EW Store. You are able to purchase and ship any item as a gift.
How do I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel or edit your order after it’s been submitted, please contact 1-866-701-3285. Please have your confirmation code ready for the representative.
How much is shipping?
We offer two different shipping methods to meet your delivery needs. We calculate our shipping cost for each shipping method based on the type and quantity of items you order. Your shipping and handling charges will be summarized at checkout.
All orders may be expedited via FedEx Priority Overnight for $9.95. Please allow 1-3 days for processing.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we only ship to the US at this time.

We hope that you are pleased with the item(s) you have selected. Please check the contents of your package against items listed on the front of the packing slip. Item(s) listed as BACK ORDERED have not been charged and were not sent to you in this shipment. Those item(s) will follow shortly, as they were not in stock when your order was filled. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days. Instructions are listed below. Refunds will be credited to your credit card. Should you need to return or exchange any item(s):
If you’d like your new item shipped immediately, please contact customer service at 1-866-701-3285. Your credit card will be charged for the replacement and your credit card will be refunded when the original item is received.
