Email your Member of Parliament (MP) and ask them to sign up to our Constituency Pledge!  Please fill in your details into the form on the right and press 'submit'. We will not share this information with anyone else.

Make sure you fill in the boxes with a '*' next to them.

You have just elected your local MP to represent your views during their time as your MP for your local area. We want all local MPs to make a commitment NOW to local disabled children and their families by signing up to a Constituency Pledge.  

By signing the Constituency Pledge now your MP will be making a commitment from the start of their time as your local MP to meeting local disabled children and their families, finding out about the services they use, and raising areas of concern in Parliament.
