Take action: Support the Skin Cancer Prevention Act!

Indoor tanning causes skin cancer. Exposure to UVR before the age of 18 is especially damaging and can increase a person’s risk of developing skin cancer both early and later in life. Melanoma skin cancer – the most deadly form – is one of the most common forms of cancer for youth between the ages of 15 – 29. The Canadian Cancer Society is calling on all MPPs to support the Skin Cancer Prevention Act to protect the health of Ontario’s youth by restricting the use of indoor tanning equipment by youth.

Fill in the below information and send a letter to your MPP encouraging them to support the Skin Cancer Prevention Act!
