Climate change
PCS are joining together with the Campaign Against Climate Change in a national campaign to get the government to employ a million unemployed workers to save the climate.
A major part of this will be to get MPs to demonstrate their support for the campaign. You can play your part in this by writing to your local MP asking them to sign early day motion 189 which calls for a series of measures that would result in the creation of a million green jobs by the end of 2010.
