Support our members in the DVLA

Wages in the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency lag behind the rest of the Department for Transport. On average there is a 10% pay gap between staff in DVLA and the best paid in the rest of the DfT.

As 66% of DVLA’s workforce are women and the rest of the department is predominantly staffed by men, this has led to a significant equal pay gap.

PCS members are campaigning to stop unfair pay. Please support our campaign for equal pay for all in the Department for Transport by emailing your MP today.
