PCS members in English Heritage are some of the lowest paid in the culture sector. We have launched a campaign to oppose management’s recent proposals that will increase senior staff’s salaries at the expense of our members’, who are already struggling to get by, with many claiming benefits to survive.
Our members work on heritage sites and in English Heritage offices across the country and are angry that the proposals will affect their future pension entitlement and annual pay increases as management seek to introduce:
All our members want is a fair day’s pay for a fair day’s work! Please support our campaign and let your MP know that you value our members and the important work they do to preserve, maintain and educate the country about our heritage.
