Your feedback and the NHS

People with sight loss don't get the chance to feedback their views, experiences and ideas on NHS services as much as they should, often because the feedback process is inaccessible if you have low vision. Can you help RNIB's Save Our Sight campaigns team find a solution to this problem? Answer our short survey and we will share the results with Department of Health officials. All information shared will be annonymous and we will never share your contact details without your permission.
