Campaign for change

Transforming lives and changing attitudes

Why we need you

Founded in 1962, we are the UK’s leading charity for autistic people and their families. Our goal is to help transform lives, change attitudes and create a society that works for autistic people.

To create this society we need campaigners - people who will stand up and speak out when things are not right.

For 50 years our campaigners have shown that we do make a difference. From the historic Autism Act, to ensuring accessible public transport, to making public spaces autism friendly.

Together we can make change. Together we can create a society that works for autistic people.

As a campaigner you will receive campaign update emails and occasional information about The National Autistic Society and our work.
